Q: What commission rate do I earn?
A: You earn 30% recurring commission on all payments from paying customers you refer, for as long as they remain active.
Q: How are referrals tracked?
A: We use Rewardful to track clicks and sign‑ups from your unique link. Attribution is last‑click by default. If someone clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent valid click within the cookie window gets the credit.
Q: What’s the cookie window?
A: 60 days. If a prospect clicks your link and subscribes within that time, the sale is attributed to you.
Q: Do I get commission on plan renewals?
A: Yes. You earn 30% on subsequent payments as long as the customer stays active under your referral.
Q: What about refunds or chargebacks?
A: Commissions on refunded or charged‑back payments are reversed automatically.
Q: Can I refer myself or my own company?
A: No self‑referrals. Using your own affiliate link for your own purchase is not allowed.
